At 54, Milind, who enjoys unmatched fitness and health, is sailing through the time with utmost positivity. He never misses his daily workouts and keeps himself busy throughout the day.

In his latest Instagram post, the model-actor shared what all he would do on a daily basis, to occupy himself. “Everyday I have my lockdown routine – make the bed, cut the fruits, exercise, some office work, have lunch, some tv, etc. And every day I add something as a surprise for myself, whatever comes into my head, something I know well, or something completely new,” he wrote. He also shared a video of himself performing a perfect head-stand, and that is all the fitness motivation you need right now.

Everyday I have my lockdown routine – make the bed, cut the fruits, exercise, some office work, have lunch, some tv, etc. And every day I add something as a surprise for myself, whatever comes into my head, something I know well, or something completely new. “I love doing headstands and do a headstand at least once a month, or at least when I remember, and I have a mat! So today…,” he added.

In an earlier interview, Milind had revealed that his wife Ankita Konwar was his workout buddy, and they’d often hit the terrace to do their regular exercises. He also shared that he replaced going for a run with a run through the stairs, and made sure he did not binge on unhealthy food.
