Sajid Khan remembers his brother Wajid Khan in an emotional post, calls him ‘Jannat ka rockstar’

In a jolt to the music industry and Bollywood, composer Wajid Khan passed away at the age of 42. He already had kidney ailment and was also tested positive for COVID-19. His last rites were performed earlier this week amid the presence of immediate family and friends.

Sajid Khan remembers his brother Wajid Khan in an emotional post, calls him 'Jannat ka rockstar'

As the industry paid tribute to the late musician, brother Sajid Khan is remembering him emotionally. After sharing a video of him playing piano on the phone, he shared a photo with Wajid. “I’m in this world with mummy and you’re in that world with papa. Love you brother. My jannat ka rockstar,” he wrote.

Wajid Khan and his brother Sajid Khan began their career with Salman Khan’s 1998 blockbuster, Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya. They went onto collaborate with Salman on various projects including his upcoming film Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai. They have composed two songs for the film.
