EXCLUSIVE: Amp up your quarantine fitness with Alaya F’s home workout routine

One-film old Alaya F, who recently made her debut in Jawaani Jaaneman alongside Saif Ali Khan, is quite a sensation already. She is a fitness freak, a neat poser and also a fashionista. As the industry is on a break thanks to the lock-down, just like other actors, Alaya is also relying on home workout to stay fit.

In an exclusive video that she made for Bollywood Hungama, the newbie shared her home workout routine with us. “I always have my laptop handy because here is where I go and find all my exercises,” she chirps, switching on her laptop.

She begins with The Russian Twist and goes on to perform The Side to Side Crunch, Side Plank Deeps, The Side Plank Rich-through, The Bicycle Crunch and Assisted Reverse Side Sit-Up before she reaches the last leg of her routine, that is the lower body workout. She also says that she is not a fan of working out at home, and if she can pull these exercises off, then anybody can. Watch the video below!
